AIAS (Accommodation Inspection and Advisory Service)
Based in Cumbria the AIAS provides a quality assessment service for the tourism industry.
Properties are visited annually by trained, impartial assessors, so you can have confidence that your accommodation has been thoroughly checked and rated for quality before you make a booking. A quality assurance rating provides an independent assessment of what a guest can expect to find. It gives an invaluable guarantee that a guest's stay will meet your expectations.
On 17th February 2006 our property was awarded a “ Commended ” certificate, which is equivalent to Visit Britain 4 Diamonds.
